Each fall, Columbine Health Systems proudly participates in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, raising awareness and funds to support research, care, and advocacy for those affected by Alzheimer’s disease. This year, the Weld County Walk will take place on Saturday, October 4, 2025, and the Larimer County Walk will follow on Sunday, October 5, 2025.
In the weeks leading up to these events, our communities are hosting a variety of fundraisers to bring people together and make an impact. From meals and fairs to creative activities and special gatherings, there are many opportunities to get involved and support the cause!

Walking Together Toward a Cure
Every event leading up to the Walk to End Alzheimer’s helps us move closer to a world without this disease. These gatherings bring together residents, families, staff, and neighbors while supporting a cause that touches so many lives.
We hope you’ll join us at one or more of these fundraisers and then walk alongside us in October. Together, we can make a difference.
