Centre Pharmacy supports the mission of Columbine Health Systems and provides all the necessary medications for our residents and employees. We strive to be efficient, accurate and friendly. Through collaboration with the Columbine Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities, we strive to deliver the medications to the facility in a way which assures the resident receives their medication on time and in a manner that is efficient for our nursing team to administer. We have invested in a state-of-the-art Packaging Machine which improves the accuracy and efficiency of this process. We are also able to fill medications and deliver to the Independent Living Facilities with a variety of packaging options.

We provide a Consultant Pharmacist for the Skilled Nursing Facilities who reviews medications to assure the accuracy, dosing, antibiotic usage, necessity, and other regulatory requirements. Our team of pharmacists work with facility and patient's providers to help monitor effective dosing, drug interactions, allergies, and other concerns which pertain to the resident's medications in an effort to optimize the resident's health and quality of life.
