Larimer County Health and Human Services
The Department of Human Services provides services which assist individuals and families to achieve self-sufficiency and social well being. Services can include financial assistance for shelter, food and medical care. Services are provided either directly by department personnel, and/or through collaborations or contracts with other community agencies.
Larimer County Office on Aging
The Larimer County Office on Aging plans, coordinates, monitors and advocates for the concerns of older adults. It also administers Older Americans Act Title III funds for services to Larimer County residents who are 60 years of age and older.
Larimer County Programs and Services
The Office on Aging (the Area Agency on Aging for Larimer County) uses federal Older Americans Act funds in conjunction with state and county funds to develop and implement a comprehensive and coordinated system of services for seniors.

Senior Alternatives in Transportation (SAINT)
SAINT provide rides within the cities of Fort Collins or Loveland, Colorado to seniors and people with disabilities. Volunteers donate their time and use their own cars. SAINT schedules the rides and provides a mileage allowance and extra liability insurance.
